These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) form a binding contract between you (“you”, “your organization”) and Pryv whenever you access the website, chat application, mobile apps, or APIs.

• By creating an account, connecting a wallet, or using Pryv services, you confirm that you can enter into a legal agreement in your region.
• If you use Pryv on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity and agree that “you” includes the organization and its authorized users.
• We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Pryv is intended for adults who need privacy-first AI collaboration.

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Accounts require accurate information and secure authentication; keep credentials, wallets, and recovery methods confidential.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that are compromised, inactive for extended periods, or that violate these Terms.

Transparent pricing for private AI workloads.

• Plans, usage limits, and pricing are posted in-app; taxes may apply based on billing address.
• Stripe (or another processor) manages payments; Pryv never stores full payment instrument details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel through the billing portal before the renewal date.
• Refund requests are handled case-by-case for outages or unused time caused by Pryv. Contact support with context so we can help.

To keep Pryv reliable for everyone, you agree not to:

• Use Pryv to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, or conduct harassment, discrimination, or fraud.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to infrastructure, reverse engineer protected components, or introduce malware.
• Circumvent metered usage, share accounts outside your organization, or resell the service without our written approval.
• Upload content that contains personal data you do not have the right to process.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data. By using Pryv you also acknowledge the privacy commitments summarized below.

• Prompts and artifacts route through trusted execution environments that scrub network headers before contacting model providers.
• Chat history is optional and encrypted per wallet when you choose to persist it.
• We share limited data with subprocessors such as Stripe to run billing and support; we never sell personal data.

We continuously iterate on Pryv. We may modify features, impose limits, or discontinue components with reasonable notice where feasible.

• Downtime for maintenance or incidents may occur. We work to provide advance notice for scheduled maintenance.
• Beta features may carry additional restrictions or require separate agreement.

We provide Pryv “as is” and “as available.”

• Pryv disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We do not guarantee that Pryv will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that outputs from AI models will be accurate or suitable for every use case.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pryv will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.

• Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
• These limitations apply regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

You can stop using Pryv at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account.

• We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create risk to other users or Pryv infrastructure.
• Upon termination we may delete stored content subject to legal retention requirements; review the Privacy Policy for deletion timelines.
