- We keep data collection purpose-driven: to authenticate you, operate the chat experience, maintain subscriptions, and keep the platform secure.
- We use trusted execution environments (TEEs) to process prompts and strip network identifiers before they reach AI providers.
- We share data only with vendors who help us run Pryv (for example, Stripe for payments) and never sell personal data.

We minimize what we collect and scope it to the Pryv experience.
- Account and wallet identifiers: wallet address, hashed user ID, session tokens, and subscription tier so we can sign you in and apply usage limits.
- Billing metadata: subscription status, plan, country, and billing identifiers via Stripe. Payment instrument details stay with Stripe and are not stored by Pryv.
- Chat content you choose to send: prompts, attachments, and model selections are processed inside our TEE proxy before reaching AI providers.
- Optional chat history: when history is saved, payloads are encrypted per wallet before storage (e.g., IPFS/Pinata) so you can resume conversations.
- Diagnostics and device context: app version, device type, browser/OS signals, approximate region, and service logs used to secure and improve reliability.
- Support interactions: messages you share with our team (in-product or via Telegram) to resolve requests.

- Authenticate you, provision chat access, and enforce plan-based limits.
- Process and route prompts through our TEE so headers and metadata are scrubbed before reaching downstream models.
- Maintain subscriptions, invoices, and receipts through Stripe.
- Provide support, investigate abuse, and protect the service from fraud or misuse.
- Improve quality through aggregated, de-identified metrics (not the contents of your chats).

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above.
- Session and authentication data are kept for active sessions and rotated regularly.
- Subscription and billing records are retained to meet tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations.
- Chat history you save remains encrypted per wallet until you delete it or ask us to remove it, subject to legal requirements.
- Service logs and security records are kept for limited periods to detect abuse and ensure platform stability.
